If the skins don't show up in the game or the default nudes aren't showing up on existing sims than check the FAQ. Click thumbnails to download. A new blank sim with no hair gets installed with each download just delete these once installed the genetics however will remain installed.  All skins will show up in the genetics, skin tones categories within body shop or the custom genetics section on the family creation screen.
